Mr Anders Bj\u00e4rg\u00e5rd, Senior Advisor diplomatic affairs of the Stockholm Police will introduce us to his organisation, followed by a lecture by Police Superintendent Tomas Koppelman Hellgren.<br \/>Superintendent Koppelman Hellgren is Sweden\u2019s foremost expert on police operational tactics for first responders to a terrorist attack and active shooters and will talk about how the police work during such incidences.
