The Annual Beer festival is a tradition that gathers the diplomatic community in Stockholm in a fun, informal and mildly competitive environment. Competing embassies will serve beer and snacks from their respective countries in the hope of winning votes from eager beer tasters. The embassy with the most votes will win the title of “Beer Fest Champion 2019”.
This year marks the 18th festival and will have the following embassies participating: Belgium, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, United Kingdom, US and for the first time New Zealand and the Slovak Republic!
The ADS social events aim to bring the diplomatic community together under the umbrella of the organisation and outside formal protocols.
